Bruce Allen

Bruce Allen, Managing Director of Chain Solutions, has 20 years of experience in foodservice strategic sourcing, supply chain implementation, and supply chain management and for the last 12 years has been delivering high value advisory services to clients throughout North America.  Based in Toronto, Canada, Bruce has worked with a number of U.S. and Canadian restaurant chains on supply chain implementation and procurement improvement initiatives in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.  Bruce spent 13 years with PepsiCo/Yum Brands (Unified Purchasing Group of Canada) in finance, operations and supply chain management culminating with being responsible for the supply chain of 1,000 KFC’s, Pizza Hut’s and Taco Bell’s in Canada prior to launching his consulting career.

Antonio Torres

MBA

 

Antonio Torres is an international executive with 25 years of supply chain, procurement and operations experience.  Antonio has configured and project managed numerous international supply chain implementations in the Americas as well as in Asia. In addition to building major supply chain functions from the ground up, he has created value for clients assessing procurement and supply chain processes and developing strategic supply plans/operational improvements to drive efficiencies.

Prior to consulting, Antonio held senior supply chain and finance positions over a 23-year career at PepsiCo Inc/Yum! Brands, Starbucks, Pinnacle Entertainment and Goya Foods.  At PepsiCo/Yum, Antonio helped manage the restaurant division’s Puerto Rico/USVI/Venezuela supply chain operation. At Starbucks, he crafted and executed the supply chain strategy that enabled the company’s entry into the Puerto Rican market.  During this time, Antonio was also responsible for roasting operations and unit site selection, lease negotiation and construction management.
